Artists Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our print-on-demand platform! By signing up as an artist, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ownership of Artwork

You, the artist, represent and warrant that you are the owner or authorized licensor of all artwork uploaded to the platform. You shall be solely responsible for any infringement or violation of any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or patent, arising from the artwork.

2. License to Platform

By uploading artwork to the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the artwork for the purpose of fulfilling orders made through the platform. You acknowledge that we may modify the artwork to fit the requirements of our production process.

3. Royalties

You will receive a royalty payment for each product sold with your artwork, as specified in your artist agreement. You acknowledge that the royalty payment may be subject to taxes, and it is your responsibility to pay any taxes owing on your earnings.

4. Product Quality

We strive to provide the best possible quality of products to our customers. However, we cannot guarantee the quality of the final product, as it may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as the quality of the original artwork, the quality of the printing materials, and the shipping process. We encourage you to review the samples of our products before offering them for sale.

5. Order Fulfillment

We will be responsible for the production and shipment of products ordered through the platform. We will make every reasonable effort to fulfill orders in a timely and accurate manner. However, we are not responsible for delays or errors caused by factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account with us at any time by giving us written notice. We may terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any of these terms and conditions or our policies.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of {State/Country}, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
